ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure you meet one of these requirements:

  • A pass in SPM with at least credit in any 3 subjects inclusive of Mathematics or any equivalent qualification;
    OR
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM), with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject or any equivalent qualification and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent;
    OR
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (pass) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent;
    OR
  • A pass in SKM Level 3, and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent;
    OR
  • A pass in any qualifications equivalent to Certificate (Level 3, MQF ) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent.

*Not applicable for Cosmopoint College Sg. Petani, Johor Bahru, Kuala Terengganu and Kota Bahru. For these campuses, a pass in SPM (or equivalent) with a credit in at least three (3) subjects inclusive of Mathematics is required.

Students will gain exposure to software development techniques, web application development and programming languages ​​such as JAVA, C#, C ++, .NET and XML.

Graduates will gain a comprehensive understanding of the skills, principles and techniques related to Software Engineering with insights on how to select the most appropriate application practices in software design, development or management based on a specific situation. It will also develop smart, diligent and competent IT professionals who can contribute significantly to the Malaysian Information and Communication Technology sector.
