If you possess other equivalent qualification(s) such as a Foundation or Diploma from another University/College/Institution/Polytechnic, you are required to submit the following documents:
•A certified true copy of Certificate(s) of Completion.
•A certified true copy of Academic Transcript(s).
•All relevant information and materials related to your previous studies from SPM onwards.
