POSITION

LECTURER (DIPLOMA IN CULINARY & PASTRY ARTS)

• Deliver lectures professionally and affectively for the designated subjects.
• Collaborating with other academics and lecturers to improve teaching methods.
• Setting and grading assignments, tests, and exams.
• Providing support to students and other colleagues.
• To involve in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor students’ progress, achievement and attendance.
• To collaborate with the department for operational planning, includes workload planning, timetabling, student retention program, and college activities and compliances matters.

• Possess at least Bachelor in Culinary/ Pastry or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience is an added advantage.
• Preferably with 2-3 years experiences in teaching.
• Possess a positive working attitude, good team player, willing to learn and self-motivated.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
