ASSISTANT MANAGER (ADMIN & OPERATIONS)

Job Description
  • Manage Student Admission process.
  • Class Registration Management.
  • Manage all program changes, program withdrawal and study campus transfer.
  • Tution Fees Management.
  • Prepare all financial aids documents properly.
  • Record and monitor staff / student’s attendance.
  • Manage academic matters.
  • Manage Hostel operations.
  • Handle student’s complaints.
  • Provide all the administration support.
  • Assist Centre Manager in all administration and operations matters.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in Private Higher Education.
Qualifications & Others
  • Minimum Degree in any field of study or other related degree.
  • Self-confident, optimist and computer literate.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Committed to meet deadline and self-driven.
  • Analytical, creative, proactive, self-motivated and discipline.
  • Willing to travel and to be relocated.
  • Good Leadership and communication skills.
