Job Description
  • Accountable to all sales and marketing activities with strategic planning to generate college revenue.
  • Setting and meeting targets for student’s enrollment.
  • Advice and counsel potential students.
  • Preparation of yearly sales planning and budget for center.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly reports and statistics.
  • Accountable to create awareness and enhance college positioning within the territory it operates (school engagement, CSR etc).
  • Identify and secure business opportunities and network with school/institutions / Government and Private entities.
Qualifications & Others
  • Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Willingness to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Minimum five (5) years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution with involvement in counseling, marketing and promotions, OR any organization with involvement in sales with excellent track records.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with prospective students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Must be able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Any other language, are a plus advantage.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel.
