ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure you meet one of these requirements:

  • A pass in SPM (or equivalent) with at least a credit in three (3) subjects*
  • A pass in STPM (or equivalent) with a minimum grade of C (GP 2.0) in any subject
  • A pass in STAM with a minimum grade of Maqbul
  • A pass in Sijil Kolej Komuniti (KMM Level 3) in a related field including;
    a) Pass in SPM with at least one (1) credit in one (1) subject
    b) An enrichment programme (if required)
  • Any other equivalent to a KMM Level 3 Certificate
  • Any other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
  • A minimum score of 5.5 in IELTS or equivalent for international students

AIM OF PROGRAMME

The aim of the Diploma in Hajj And Umrah Management programme is to produce Assistant Hajj and Umrah Operators, Operating Officers, Assistant Managers, Administrative Assistants and Mutawwif/Mutawwifah who are:
  • Competent in the management, fiqh, tourism and hospitality of Hajj and Umrah in line with digital technology development.
  • Capable in solving the management, fiqh, tourism and hospitality issues of Hajj and Umrah creatively, ethically and professionally.
  • Good in communication, interpersonal and leadership skills in handling Hajj and Umrah operations and services.
  • Able to demonstrate managerial and entrepreneurship skills, and to engage in lifelong learning for successful career development and the betterment of society.
